Order Cancellation

Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Time Frame: Orders can be cancelled within first 24 hours of placing the order without any charge.

  2. How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@exclusivediary.com. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  3. Refunds: If you cancel an order within the specified time frame and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Cancellation by Exclusive Diary

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Errors in the details of the product or pricing

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Subscription Cancellation

For subscription-based services:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, the cancellation will only become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for the remaining period of the subscription once the cancellation is in effect.
